Offers, the wheel & polls

Offers are paid actions viewers buy while you’re live – a shout-out, a song, a dance. The wheel puts some of them behind one spin price. Polls are free questions for your chat.

Set up offers

Open Offers on Go live. Tap Add offer, or one of the Ideas for … that fit your category.

1. What you do – 3–60 characters, no links.
2. Price in USD – $0.50 to $500. Viewers see it in their own currency.
3. How it works:
   • Right away – counts the moment it’s bought, like a tip. You can give it back within 15 minutes.
   • In line – purchases line up, you tick them off with Done.
   • Timed – 1 to 60 minutes; the timer runs once you tap Start and it counts as done when the time is up.
4. How often per stream – unlimited, 1×, 2×, 3×, 5×, 10× or Other (up to 100).

You can have up to 20 offers. Viewers buy them with the gift button next to the tips – only while you’re live and verified, up to 10 at once, with a note for you.

To do

While something waits, To do (n) stays at the top of Go live with the buyer, their note and Done or Start. The money stays on hold with the buyer until you’ve done it; then you get 90 %, as with a tip (Fees). Give back returns a purchase that hasn’t started, and right-away ones stay there for 15 minutes so you can give them back. What isn’t done goes back to the buyer five minutes after your stream ends.

The wheel

In Wheel, tick 2 to 8 of your offers, set the Price of a spin and switch the wheel on – at least two of the ticked offers must be shown.

• Every field has the same chance, and viewers see it: “1 in n”.
• A spin buys the offer it lands on at the spin price. You get the spin price, whatever that offer costs, and you do the offer – right-away ones count at once, the others wait in To do, marked 🎡.
• Everyone watching sees the wheel turn: on your stream, above your chat on Go live and in the OBS overlay.
• One spin at a time. An offer sold out for this stream leaves the wheel; with fewer than two left, it pauses.

Polls

Tap Start a poll (the chart button next to the chat field) – you, your moderators and the team can. Write a Question and 2–5 Answers (up to 40 characters each), pick how long it Runs for – 30 s to 10 min – and tap Start poll.

The poll is pinned above the chat, and everyone who may write in your chat votes once. End now ends it early; the result goes into the chat with the top answer marked. One poll at a time.
